The more you eat, the more you toot.

So let's have beans for every meal!

11. I voted for "Kidney" because I always root for the underbean...
However, I like most dried beans. 'Could live without pintos.

Black-eyed peas and collard or mustard greens....yummmmm.

I have been pretty bored lately, though. Haven't had much to say. Plus with all the drama, I think sometimes I am just stunned speechless, lol.

they kick ass.

:woohoo:

I do like Kidney beans with rice though. I think. I can't remember right now. I buy them dried so they aren't coated in all that corn syrup or whatever.

18. Kidney beans= Antioxidants
Lots of antioxidants!
The darker the skin on the bean the higher the level of antioxidants.
Black beans being king. LOL
If I remember correctly, the only food w/more antioxidants than the black bean is wild blueberries.

Sorry, I'm a bit of nutrition nut.

19. I just read an article that said that
Red beans were the highest, followed by kidney and then black beans (for antioxidants, I mean). I think it was in Better Homes and Gardens or something.... at the beauty salon.

I can't decide which I like more. Tossed in a bit of hemp oil, lemon juice, pepper and kelp flakes, both are a yummy side dish. :9
