Poll: IL Amish prefer Dean over Clark.
Edited on Mon Jan-12-04 03:49 PM by Padraig18
In a completely unscientific poll conducted by yours truly, I just now asked my neighbor, Bishop Omer Otto of the Old Order Amish what he thought of Wesley Clark and Howard Dean. Bishop Otto leaned against his buggy, pulled his beard and asked me, "Ain't that Dean fella a doctor?", to which I replied "Yes". He then asked, "Ain't that other fella a general of some kind?", to which I also answered "Yes". Pulling on his beard yet again, Bishop Otto then opined "Well, I don't think I'll ever need a general, but a doctor I can use from time to time, sure."

There you have it, folks, straight from the 'horses mouth'!

:P

1. That's it, ... it's all over.
Old Otto nailed it didn't he.
"Well, I don't think I'll ever need a general, but a doctor I can use from time to time, sure."
