After that is done, the women can take charge and rule the world, far, far better than any man, and let the 10% of men left become gofers and administrative assistants.

This plan guarantees that men get what THEY want, and the women of the world can get things done without untold quantities of red tape and procrastination.

The only thing which might incur a snag is switching all of the budget toward new shoes and blouses instead of defense--however, that said, women have far more qualifications than most men to be in charge. And that ain't a bad thing! :P
