I personally enjoyed The Reaping and Disturbia (The opening scene in this movie had most parents gasping lol).

If you're looking for a comedy, Wild Hogs and Blades of Glory will have you laughing.

All 4 are good choices.

The Reaping is about a college professor (Hillary Swank) who travels to this town to investigate a murder. When they found the murdered boy, they saw him floating in a lake that had turned red. It's a great mystery filled with twists and plays on religious mythology, the 10 plagues, etc.

Disturbia- A boy does something horrible and gets placed on house arrest, complete with ankle monitor. He witnesses, or so he thinks, his neighbor murder someone so he tries to investigate it. Only thing is, he's trapped in his house.

4. Well, I was going to say I hadn't taken a date at the theatre for a long time, but

5. While I could sure use a date

one is not forthoming. So a movie and a big bucket of popcorn with extra butter and an extra large fructose laden soda will have to do. What do you suggest?
