you don't have to pick one and say it's "better," in some situations one is better, in others the other is better

the hangover from alcohol lasts a day, the hangover from an STD can pretty much put you out of commission for life so there's a risk/reward thing going on too

I had to have Demerol after my c-section, and Dilaudid after my surgery 2 years ago, and I hated both of them. They make you feel thick-headed and hot and INSANELY itchy, omg! I was ready to scratch my nose off--it was crazy.

I'm talking more about the warm, cozy feeling that the weaker versions of Lortab and Percocet give you. Those are just awesome for back pain, and they make me feel all comfy-sleepy. I haven't had any in a long time, but I remember. :)
