I just bad a big tuna sandwich on french bread, a tossed salad, and a bowl of stir-fried kimchi...
...with pork and tofu.

And I still feel like I could eat a Big Mac.

My appetite is a freaking curse.

1. I sympathize.
Here lately, I'll be hungry for things even when I have no physical room left to hold them.

2. My metabolism can handle about 2500 cal per day tops without weight gain.

But my appetite is for closer to 3000-4000 cal. per day, depending on how I feel that day.

One lucky thing (I guess) is that I no longer have the bottomless stomach of my youth anymore. I could eat huge amounts of food and be just fine.

If I had a couple of small tacos with rice and beans nowadays, I'd be fine, but add a third taco, and it would be HOURS of heartburn. So I've had to learn to NOT DO THAT.
