They must be at least 8 letters long, and contain a number and a capital letter.

So, what do I do?

I use random DUer's creative user ids, and very seldom have to do some tweaking :)

Right now I'm using a variation of H2O Man's user name :)

I have so many passwords at work its insane. I have a hard time remembering them all.

10. I use my next vacation airport code and the date of the vacation.

So, San Fransisco in mid-August would become SFO081507. It helps to keep me sane too.
