Someone said it was Marxism, except it was actually Neoma..ism. I don't think it was anything like Marxism because the only true change in it was education.

Public education is a Marxian concept, as well as others. Much of what Marx called for was in common discussion at the time. It is not to be feared. Despots, dictators and emperors are!
