Just did my Supergirl workout.
Biked 5 miles to the gym. Did upperbody weights, then biked back home. I'm a little smelly, so please stay away. Writer.

15. Well I'm now showered, in my robe, eating a PBJ sandwich.
So I'm more wet than funky at the moment. But thanks. :hi:

Of you riding a bike with a cape and tights ps: Congrats on biking to the gym. It always amuses and perplexes me to see gyms with overflowing parking lots.

17. Thanks. I like this workout.
That's why I like where I live - there are bike lanes and bike paths all over the place. Nearly the entire ride to the gym from my house is on a long bike path.

21. My gym has no bike rack.
If you look around, they are hard to find. It's amazing.

30. I live in a medium sized city
but it's an American city with little regard to people on bikes. My family is leaving for Germany next week where bikers are treated with the respect they deserve.
