And happily for us he always gets his limit and always shares the catch.

Carl is what we call "well off".

1. Mmm. Snapper sounds good.

I'll be doing Mediterranean burgers with buffalo meat. Onions and garlic sauteed and deglazed with red wine, blended into feta cheese and olive oil and spread across a toasted bun.

I don't have a guy that gets me the buffalo, though.

I've had ostrich.
More like beef than bird.
