Mr. Writer is collecting battle weaponry. Is this a bad sign for us?

First it was a kukri blade. He also purchased Arendil (from Lord of the Rings), two rapiers and a matching dagger. The latest rapier is battle-ready, a blade that looks ready-made for writers' necks.

Should I run for it?
