Who is ICGN and why is one of their IP addresses hitting my PC?

I did a whois search on 64.140.0.3 and came up with this group ICGN
International Corporate Governance Network ???
http://www.icgn.org/index.html they keep trying to get to my PC when I am on DU. whats up here?

any ideas from the techies among us here?

assuming you are using one?

I've been tracking my alert log in Zonealarm, pretty interesting and annoying at the same time. Hopefully a techie will give you a definitive answer. I only note that while checking the log after going anywhere on the internet other than DU the alerts are 99% medium status. Checking in DU and alerts start to rise to over 50% High.
Maybe this is normal, :shrug: at least i feel somewhat assured that Zonealarm is doing its job blocking or appears to be.
