although I did have a good friend who had a lot of the cool toys, just not that one.

I don't begrudge it, but I often ended up with either the generic or fake versions of a lot of toys.... "mom, who the hell is G.I. John? Oh! The new Space Wars figures!"

Luckily I didn't care too much usually, and did get the occasional good score.
