Someone help me identify this movie.

I caught the last ten minutes of it a few months ago on HBO and I can't get it out of my head.

I think the title of the movie was a one word title, and I'm thinking it is a woman's name. From what I saw there was a body laying on a table that was made from different body parts. There was a woman yelling something at the body wanting it to do something. Then the woman cuts her own eye out and places it in the body's eye socket. The woman then either dies or passes out and the body reaches out and touches the woman.

I know it's kinda vague but it's been in my head for awhile now. Please help if you can.
