Actually My favorite show involving the Muppets was a Christmas special they did one year, where the Sesame Street gang and the Fraggle Rockers showed up too for Thanksgiving at Fozzy Bear's Mom's house.

I thought it was too funny when Chef wanted to serve Big Bird up as the Thanksgiving Dinner.

"Big Gobbla, Gobbla,!

Then Animal answering the phone handing it to Kermit and saying "It's the Pig."

It's impossible for me to pick just one, they're all so good! All of the ones you listed are great, plus I usually liked the musical numbers from the guest host. The taunting from the two old men in the balcony was always funny, and the "Mahnamahna" skit was pure gold!
