1. Ouch!

It's unbelievable that some people will get behind the wheel when they are that wasted. Hell, I don't even drive when I've had one drink. The DUI threshhold for CDL holders is .04 bac.

Maybe they have to establish probable cause before they can administer a breathalyser test and the "assisting" is a part of that process.
