Stupid Adobe Reader question
I'm reading a PDF file in Adobe (an article) and I'm wondering if there's a way to highlight or underline or make notations on that article? Is there a function for that?

1. I think you have to buy the full version to edit docs
But I'm not computer expert so I could be wrong

3. Also depends on how the document was created...

...the author can allow highlighting, comments, etc. or prevent them. The reader should be able to "mark-up" documents that are set up to permit this.

4. Unfortunately...

... you can download a Reader version of Adobe Acrobat for free... but to have the ability to edit (which includes highlighting) you have to have the liscense for the software, which isn't anywhere near being free.

Depending on what sort of document it is, or what you need to do there are other options. Could you let me know a little more (what sort of file is it? a book? a form?) and mebbe I can find a solution for you... but I can't guarantee anything.

:hippie:
