Obligatory Friday "What's For Dinner?" Thread!!!!!

I am making deep fried monkey heads at my house - Mmmmm.

1. I had a nice Italian chicken and Artichoke dish from Joe's of the many locations pizza pasta house

Seriesly, there are about a brazillion Joe's in our area.

2. Our friend Richard came over and made Chicken Parmagiana!

He arrived while i was napping, and he and Oktoberain turned the kitchen into a hundred different delicious aromas...

What a great way to wake up!

3. tri-tip, roasted asparagus with feta and bacon and some Spanish rice.

We had steak, we had Baked Potatos, and beans.

I had a chicken pot pie. Not bad, but definitely not deep fried monkey heads.

I was hoping you would be here...

The monkeys screamed right up to the time I told them to "Look that a way!" and I quickly relieved them of their head and then breaded them and dropped them in hot oil!

Mmmmmm!

They were crunchy and salty... just the way we like 'em.

Chicken pies are good too.
