I guess it would depend on the relationship you have to the person. If you care about him/her, you might want to just mention it. Maybe she/he wasn't the one posting it. Angry ex-boyfriends or ex-husbands are capable of all kinds of mean acts

It's apparent she willingly posed for the photo, but who knows if she agreed to its posting? Knowing what I know about her, I'd tend to doubt it — but photos can wind up on the internets in all sorts of odd ways.

I think the world of her and don't want to embarrass her. However, she may want to know.

Perhaps I should've cast this as "If a friend found a 'naughty' photo of you online, would you want them to tell you?"

Then again, there's certainly the possibility that it isn't her.
