I've seen in a long time. The scriptwriters clearly spent a lot of time thinking about how to trigger the changes, and how the changes would play out. Sometimes reviewers are completely full of crap.
I agree that the Blair Witch Project was totally over hyped and not worth seeing. I'm sorry I spent money to see it.
But am now planning on seeing it tomorrow. Thanks for the recommendation. I have seen previews and it looked pretty interesting, but most movies turn out to be disappointments, these days.
15. I didn't get a chance to see it while it was playing here
I read the book, too, so I was looking forward to the movie. Looks like I'll have to wait until the DVD release unless one of the local dinner-and-a-movie venues shows it.
I liked the basic time-travel premise, the use of montage, and the ending but I thought the acting was pretty awful. I kept wondering how much better the movie might be if the hero were played by a good actor. I don't mind Kutcher but I think he was out of his depth. And I'm still trying to figure out how the scene with the knife in the kitchen fits.
