Depressed by the negative reaction and booing he got earlier today, Punxatawney Phil's day went from bad to worse as Punxatawney PD busted him with a spliff later that morning.

6. That's too funny for this early.
As a fellow groundhog, I have a prediction. I predict spring here in God's country will start pretty soon. Can't see my shadow - it's pissing down rain. I'd say round about the 21 to the 22 of March we will have spring.
