What song is stuck in your head right now?
For me, it's been nothing but "Show Me! Show You! Ki-ko-man! Ki-ko-man!" for about 18 hours nonstop.

So thanks a fucking lot, Derby378

3. Most of today I had the song 'Fixing a hole' by the Beatles stuck in my head.
For fairly obvious reasons...

because I was fixing a hole.

4. Street of Dreams
Rainbow

I heard the sound of voices in the night
Spellbound there was someone calling
I looked around no one was in sight
Pulled down I just kept on falling
Ive seen this place before
You were standing by my side
Ive seen your face before tonight
Maybe I just see what I want it to be
I know its a mystery
Do you remember me on a street of dreams
Running through my memory
On the street of dreams

5. Never Before and Never Again by the dB's
Well, mostly because I'm listening to it right now.
Could someone please tell me why Peter Holsapple isn't more appreciated as a lyricist?
And why Syd Straw isn't a thousand times more famous?

8. Screaming at the Wailing Wall by Flogging Molly
God, I love this band!

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XysoC5A434I

Screamin’ at the Wailing Wall

So God how come every wrong's been done?
With deals no Christ should allow
Once the communist now the terrorist
With blood as thick as yours
Now a caravan of clouds
Warns us all of winter showers
Then rattle comes the rain
With each bullet screams your name

So how come this gatherin' storm
Pours little on the truth?
Where the smokin' gun's a familiar
song let loose
With the bombed out cars
Come the falling stars
From a heaven we'll never know
And the nameless names
On the misspelled graves grow tall
We're still screamin' at the Wailing Wall

I'll liberate your peoples' fate
Spoke the Burnin' Bush
But the song of beasts
Grow with oil soaked teeth
Their dollor is mighty and true
Now the eagle soares the sky
Over refugee and child
And to all there is no end
Another day in perfect Hell

So how come this gatherin' storm
Pours little on the truth?
Where the smokin' gun's a familiar
song let loose

All Hail

Now a caravan of clouds
Warns us of deadly showers
Then a rattle comes the rain
With each bullet screams your name

So how come this gatherin' storm
Pours little on the truth?
Where the smokin' gun's a familiar
song let loose
With the bombed out cars
Come the falling stars
From a heaven we'll never know
And the nameless names
On the misspelled graves grow tall
We're still screamin' at the Wailing Wall

Oh I'll liberate your peoples' fate
As we scream at the wailing wall

10. Apologize
Timbaland
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ePyRrb2-fzs

I'm holding on your rope,
Got me ten feet off the ground
And I'm hearing what you say but I just can't make a sound
You tell me that you need me
Then you go and cut me down, but wait
You tell me that you're sorry
Didn't think I'd turn around, and say...

that it's too late to apologize, it's too late
I said it's too late to apologize, it's too late

I'd take another chance, take a fall
Take a shot for you
And I need you like a heart needs a beat
But it's nothing new - yeah
I loved you with the a fire red-
http://www.metrolyrics.com>

Now it's turning blue, and you say...
I'm sorry like an angel
heaven let me think was you
But I'm afraid...

It's too late to apologize, it's too late
I said it's too late to apologize, it's too late whoaa ohhh...

Bridge (guitar/piano)

It's too late to apologize, it's too late
I said it's too late to apologize, it's too late
I said it's too late to apologize, yeah-
I said it's too late to apologize, yeah-
I'm holding on your rope, got me ten feet... off the ground...

12. Paper Roses by Marie Osmond. I watched the show on the whole Osmond
family on Oprah last Friday and their songs are stuck in my ears now.

BTW it was a really great show. It's' easy to see how the Mormons are growing in this country. Their parents had 8 or 9 kids and each kid has at least 4 kids and some of them have kids.

From those two people - Mr. and Mrs Osmond there are now over 100 Mormons after slightly more than 50 years.

I am not being judgmental about it either, it is just an observation.

21. "The Solace of You" - Living Colour
Edited on Sun Nov-11-07 10:34 PM by ThinkBlue1966
I just love the Caribbean rhythm of it, and the lyrics are sweet...

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zxOXBMA7Rro

When it hurts to be out there
Where no one will care
I've got the solace of you

Frustrated by people's lying
But I keep on trying
I've got the solace of you

When I can't think straight
And there's no escape
I've got the solace of you

Gotta go inside back where it started
Back to the beginning
'Cause that's where my heart is

They can hurt me, jail my body
I'll still be free
I've got the solace of you

They can take my land
Tell me I'm not who I am
I've got the solace of you

A wise man said to know thyself
'Cause in the end there's no one else
Just the solace of you

Gotta go inside back where it started
Back to the beginning
'Cause that's where my heart is

26. A song I don't like. It's by Nickelback
But only a small part that plays over and over.

"are we having fun yet
yayuh yayuh yayuh oh no
yayuh yayuh yayuh oh noooo
yayuh yayuh are we having fun yet"

:(

I didn't even realize what was playing in my brain until I stopped to think about it. It really blows!
