What are you eating for dinner tonight?
Edited on Sat Nov-24-07 08:58 PM by HypnoToad
For me, homemade enchiladas with red and yellow peppers, celery, black olives, red onions, the good enchilada green sauce, chicken and soyrizo (meatless chorizo that tastes the same), and whole wheat tortillas. :9

With a glass of white wine.

Tomorrow I'll finish cleaning and next weekend it's socializing. I feel confident.

And you?

16. yum
I only had one plant of each and the tomato had some kind of wilt and has struggled the whole time. There were two or three fruits on it but still real hard so I just threw a blanket over the whole thing and said good luck. The chili plant was my first success, I never have luck with peppers. When I went out to get what I thought was a half dozen fruits and started rummaging through the leaves I found a ton! Even thought about digging it up and putting it in a pot.

Green chilis after Thanksgiving - wild.

I had my dinner earlier today, late afternoon @ 3 pm.

I needed to eat something other than turkey.

I'm putting that leftover meat in the freezer for another meal later on.

14. Bourbon glazed atlantic salmon
with green beans, rice, and garlic mashed potatoes. I had some iced tea to drink.

I'm debating whether my system can handle some strawberry swirl ice cream a little later on. I'll wager right now on which way that debate goes.
