My son and I have had many conversations, and agree that it 'sucks' that he's my only child who is exactly like me....forever floundering with no real direction and always lured into the dark side....I never wanted this for my children.
Unlike me, though, he has a dream and a gift, so it's bittersweet....
You put all of this in perspective for me...he is indeed creating his own path.
