1. Depends on which fundies you ask.

I have seen depictions of the Rapture where they actually leave the clothes, and that's how you know the person was raptured, because, for example you would find a car crashed into a tree. No body or blood behind the wheel, but a full set of clothing including underwear and shoes.

I do find it ironic that the same people who made such a huge deal about Janet Jackson's boob being on live TV for one tenth of a second think nothing of rising up into the clouds completely naked, however.

What would Jesus Do? I'm pretty sure that "give unto Caesar that which is Caesar's" thing included paying your bills when you're able to do so.

They should set everything up for auto pay deducted from either their checking account or a credit card. And if the credit card companies don't get paid.... well they work for Satan anyway.
