A super-affectionate kitten turned into a total loner that refused to come inside. That is probably a statistical outlier, I wouldn't assume your kitten will take the same route.

24. With ours it was the opposite

I think the worst part for them was spending all day cooped up in a little cage. So when they got home, against the doctor's orders, they ran around the house like Speedy Gonzales for 3 straight hours. We tried not to encourage them, but it just didn't matter. Watching them, you'd have no idea they had their little parts snipped 6 hours previously. It was quite a contrast to my husband, who lolled on the couch for three days after his vasectomy with a bag of frozen peas and the remote. :evilgrin:
