I wore my pajamas to the laundromat.

Yep. It was laundry day, so I hauled 3 weeks of clothes down to the laundromat wearing my purple plaid pajama pants. I don't give a crap if anyone stares at me. I'm doing laundry.

On a side note, I bought a USA Today since I was so bored. I thought I would read the paper and do the crossword to kill some time. As I was flipping pages, I saw a huge picture of Bill-O advertising a book or some such crap (I honestly didn't even bother to see what he was hocking this time.) Well, I took my trusty pen (for the crossword puzzle) and gave Bill-O a nice set of Devil horns and a goatee and a forked tail. It made me giggle and wasted 30 seconds.

Anyway, I finished my laundry and as I was leaving I noticed a woman sitting there just staring into outer space, so I offered her my paper since I already had the crossword out of it, and she thanked me so much for it because she was bored, too. I totally forgot about my customization of Bill-O's ad until I was already putting my laundry in the car.

I hope she's not an O'Reilly fan. But it's okay if she is, too. :evilgrin:

6. Yeah, it's laundry day

I live in a complex of houses and outbuildings turned into apartments, and there are small coin laundries in two different buildings. So I've been schlepping my 6 loads of laundry through the cold rain to the buildings, because I didn't want SO to have to do it tonight if it freezes up.

All we have to read is "Watchtowers" (there is a Kingdom Hall about 200 yards away) and menus from the local pizza joint, but they both beat Billo
