1. I feel

horrible myself with an exacerbation of my MS. I can't walk by myself because I am so dizzy my balance is gone. I have so much to do before the holidays and I am going crazy having to be in bed.I want to be out and about. I hope you get to feeling better.

it's been a while since I got hurt that bad. And I had my share in hurting. And it came out of the blue, so it hurts even more.

He had to go on a business trip to Africa and then he goes home to the U.S. over Christmas.

38. Nothing that can make you feel better really

when you hurt that badly for love. I have been there babe, I know how deeply it can cut.

But allow yourself to feel it and know that it will pass, hard as that is to believe. I used to console myself by thinking that some people never get to feel those highs and lows of a real love and that I should be grateful I had it, even if it didn't work out.

In my case, I allowed myself to be treated poorly for some time and that didn't help - to feel bad about my choices, as well as being hurt. In the long run though, I have no regrets...I let myself love fully and trustingly. I learned a lot about myself; that was worth it in the end.

Hey woman, there is always ice cream or chocolate! Though for me, a glass or two of wine went a long way.:)
