3. I live in an apartment building, and one of the main heat ducts

goes up through the wall in one particular corner. My cats congregate there whenever the heat is turned on. They do this even thouhg the building overheats my apartment in the winter.

Cats are weird about heat. :P

4. Mine can get up on top of the entertainment center, where a heating duct is.

And, I swear, she KNOWS when the heat goes on. She hears the blower start up and BOOM! up she goes, to hang out directly in front of the vent and bogart all the heat in the room.

the other has a bed in front of the wood stove and will spend her time there.

16. My Sophie LIVES on top of the stove.

Nothing annoys her like me trying to cook!! I've tried to get her to lie elsewhere, some place not so close to gas jets. But it's no use. She thinks the stove is her bed.
