...this has been such a bad day that Obama losing NH was just the tip of the iceberg.

Something I've been working on forever was rejected by my boss. A cute girl who wanted to meet up with me last week never called me back. A friend of mine may have cost me a lot of money. Despite trips to the gym and salads galore, I haven't lost the weight I gained over the holidays...I could go on, but why complain?

There are 7 unopened bottles of Heineken in the fridge and one in my hand--by the time I go to sleep tonight, as few as two, one, or zero will remain. Join me, won't you--this might prove entertaining...

I can't help you for most of your problems, but the weight one I think I can!

You're on a plateau most likely...

And when you're there, you must redouble your efforts to get the weight to come off!

Try fewer desserts, if you still eat those...

And keep on going to the gym!

Eventually, you will get off the plateau, and the weight will start coming off once more...

Hang in there...
