At least, not inherently. It's certainly not meant as a turn-on, except maybe for some with a return-to-the-womb fetish. It could easily be seen as a great celebration of female power. I have some friends who made a movie called "We're Talking Vulva," which involved a costume that was basically an upright, mobile version of that couch. And believe me, these womyn weren't "sexist."
