Do you believe in coincidences?

Here is my example. I was doing family history research, as I typically do. The family I was working on had moved to Utah in the 1870s or so. I said out loud as I typed this up. "Utah? Utah?" As in :wtf:

Just then yahoo messenger pinged me, to tell me I had just received an email. So I looked at that to see what it was about. It was from Howard Dean, touting his 50 state strategy. The header to the email said "Utah? Yes, Utah!" Maybe you got it too, on June 20, 2006.

So. Coincidence? Part of V's master plan? Message from a higher power? The Matrix playing games with me?

Either way, I am still laughing about it seven months later, but reminded of it because I think the 50 state strategy will be abandoned in 2008.
