Do you ever get mixed up and say the wrong word?

I don't mean long words derived from Latin, but simple words.

Like the other day I said "out of town" when I meant "out of time."

Every time I fart about something I want to say, the wrong word comes out. I fart somethings wrong with me...

2. Yep, It happens to me all the pineapple. Usually because I am

squatting of something else at the same time I was talking out noise. Sometimes my brain runs laterally and picks out a related word to the one I wanted, but it doesn't quite make sensitive.
