6. I'm glad my employer stocks all the supplies...
Otherwise, I'd have to hit Starbucks or CC's every morning... Too pressed for time in the mornings to have coffee at home.

3. I've decided I need a skinny latte every morning
It's the only way I can be nice to my boss.

We actually have a Starbucks machine on our floor, and it's really strong. So I steam a cup of skim milk and add no sugar added Swiss Miss. It's the same thing that would cost me 5 bucks if I actually went to Starbucks.

4. So it's like a Mocha, then.....
and certainly easier on the wallet than shelling out for Starbucks every morning! Buy a can of whipped cream, and you're good to go!

7. Community "Between Roast" for me
No cream, no sugar, just a delicious cup or two of NOLA's finest. Certainly one of life's little pleasures.

10. I have to travel with coffee....
It's really hard for me to adjust to anything but Community, although I can stomach lattes and cappucinos from Starbucks and similar places.

Between is one of my favorites- And I like the New Orleans Blend as my coffee to have with desserts.

14. I prefer Dark
but I compromise with my wife and we get Between. I drift away to other brands on occasion but I always come back to Community. And a couple of times a year we slide into the quarter and indulge with Cafe DuMond Cafe Aulait and Beignets. Lordy thats good stuff. (We go to the quarter more often but seldom get to Cafe DuMond because of the long line of tourists.) Can you buy Community off the shelf where you live? I've heard from some folks who can't get it in their grocery stores.

18. Oh, yeah...
I'm in Baton Rouge (which is actually where Community's home office is). I think there'd be riots if Community was taken off of the shelves!

20. Hello Neighbor
We are across the stateline in Pearl River County about 25 miles north of Slidell. I keep a close eye on Baton Rouge weather (like yesterday) because what you got an hour ago we are gonna get next the next hour. We lost a couple of trees yesterday in that bitch of a storm. They'll take my Community Coffee when they pry it from my cold dead hands.

21. Yesterday was bad....
We had dime-sized hail here for close to 30 minutes. Fortunately, it was soft hail so there wasn't any damage from that.

The winds here weren't quite so bad- it blew over a few unanchored things (porta-potties and such) and there were some limbs in the road, but otherwise it was not as bad as some were getting.

13. Triple Espresso from Lavazza
Holy hell. I have had severe insomnia for weeks, and the promise of this is the only thing that can drag my ass out of the house in the morning. I think I may be addicted.

Before I discovered Lavazza, I could count the number of times I have had coffee on one hand.

The espresso is so good, it is like Jesus and Ghandi pulled the shot :P
