Wal-Mart Give Woman Brain Damage; Refuses to Pay Bills
This seems to be a trend with Wal-Mart -- an employee or a customer gets hurts and Wal-Mart fights them in court. In this case, the billion dollar company is challenging a woman who suffered mild brain damage because a mannequin fell on her head:

"The Halifax woman claims she suffered soft-tissue damage to her neck and the left side of her body and a head injury that resulted in post-concussion syndrome. The condition is described on medical websites as a mild form of traumatic brain injury that can cause symptoms such as headaches and dizziness for months after a head injury.

"According to court documents, Wal-Mart blames Ms. Boss for not paying attention to her surroundings and failing to heed warnings by store employees."
