WildBlue sucks! Now to get "service" they let you PAY another company - PEAK8

WildBlue switched to Google Mail (and other Google stuff) at the end of February. They totally screwed the switch, and their service dept is slammed with calls. I waited 5 times for over an hour on "chat" - the tech DROPPED me each time. I called repeatedly - now they say "we are busy, please call back in several hours"

I have been without email for almost two weeks. I can no longer access my account online (the "log in" kicks you out at the 2nd letter). AND NOW THEY ARE "OFFERING" A NEW OPTION:

Customers "can" CHOOSE to pay a third party (PEAK8) $29.95 for a single incident help....

WILDBLUE sucks so bad that I should have to PAY another company for basic service help for THEIR SCREWUP?!?!?

I have NEVER been one for class action lawsuits but I could make an exception for WildBlue....
