i just baked a batch of chocolate chip cookies and the house smells wonderful

i haven't baked cookies in i can't tell you how many years and i'd forgotten how soothing it was to bake. i figured i might as well do something quasi-productive seeing as i don't really have much to do right now, being unemployed and all that :P

i think i'm going to make a batch of peanut chocolate chip tomorrow :9
