7. No kidding?
You must live about 25 miles from my mom, right down 93. Have you still got snowbanks up to your ears, too?

Wow, I miss New England. (Not the snowbanks, though.)

8. We live near Thornton (blink & you miss it), 5 miles north of
Campton, just off 175.

Well, not to our ears anymore, but they're still about hindquarters high. However, the redwing blackbirds have moved in and there's bare patches of ground on the slopes, so maybe this too shall pass.

Your mom live in Ashland?

10. Nice. I love it when the birds come back.
Are the crocuses out yet? Sadly, ours have gone by, but the flowering cherries are going gangbusters now.

No, my mom's a little south of there, in N. Sanbornton. And thanks, you've reminded me that I'd like to call her and wish her a happy Easter!

12. *Sigh
No crocuses yet, way too much snow. It'll be at least two weeks before they can get their little faces into the sunlight.

Been to N. Sanbornton. Nice town.

I was thinking of going out for a while to see - and leaving the menfolk to their own devices. I made eggs for breakfast, the cinnamon bread is almost done, and the kid has his Easter basket. And husband is watching basketball. We don't have any big plans for today....

SO I think my work here is done!
