But regardless of the content/context of the joke, or the guy's intentions in telling it, he should know that that type of humor isn't appropriate for the workplace.
Reminds me of Michael Scott from "The Office" repeating Chris Rock routines. Talking about streets named after MLK having higher crime rates just doesn't sound right coming from the mouth of a dorky middle-aged white guy.
get him to tell another one while you secretly capture him on your cell phone cam, then take the video to HR or the appropriate corporate department....that should do the trick :evilgrin:
