Does anyone else ever get this overwhelming feeling
that something is going to happen??
almost a feeling of pure dread?

My stomach is full of butterflies (maybe birds would be a better description)
I'm shaking and I can't get the thought out of my head that something is
going to happen...

of course I know all the other times I have felt like this nothing ever happened...
and won't this time either...

but I just can't shake it....

I'm going to have a cup of DECAF green tea :)

and relax....

:hi:

1. Sounds like my old friend...
Anxiety. I've had that "foreboding" feeling many times. It'll pass.

5. Yes, I've felt that way before. I think everyone has at least once.
I usually get that way when I'm trying to solve more than one problem at a time and I feel overwhelmed.
Then I try to focus on just one problem or none until I calm down enough to think straight and focus.
I hope that feeling passes soon for you.
