Any YouTube Experts here? I have a dumb question to ask

OK, I am frustrated here. I am trying to add a favorite video to my youtube account and I am getting a gray box that says I need to confirm my email address before I can add a video to my favorites. Now, I just added a video 2 days ago with no problem. I haven;t done anything to my computer. Why now? I've tried everything and nothing seems to work. I am logged in so I can't re enter my email address. I can't help think I am doing something wrong thats very simple.

If anyone knows or has any advice, I would appreciate it. Thanks all!

1. Try logging out, thn logging back in?

I'm not sure, but if you are logged in it shouldn't give you any trouble.

Thanks. I tried it and it doesn't work. It says I am logged in, thats why I am confused that it says I have to confirm my email address before I can add a favorite.
