My parents, knowing how much I follow politics, thought it might be a good idea for me to take some political science courses. But I was just all, HELL NO. I'm going to avoid those like the plague. What I need to know about politics can never be learned in a classroom.

I want to double-major in journalism and biology, I think. But that might change.

Sounds like you're interested in writing about science, and there's a lot of geology to write about out there...

This is not meant to discourage you from biology, but scientists should be well rounded. :)
