Because it would be closed to the public. But unless the place has a liquor license you can't if it's also open to the general public.

This gang doesn't drink much. My boss and I, however, plan to drink heavily at the dinner that follows. After dinner, the group plans to proceed to the Michigan Elvisfest that will be taking place across the street. What a day....

6. I wish that my company had a mini golf outing

I won some youth tournaments as a kid. I hadn't played in a couple of years, but played this weekend and was competitive with my husband who has been real golfing several times this year. I would play more often if the only course in my town wasn't in very bad shape. When I lived in a city with courses, I usually played a couple times per month during the warm season.
As for real golf, I suck. I cannot drive the ball very far at all. It takes me several shots to even get to the green even if I hit perfectly in that direction.
