ZOMG! Bi-Baby witnessed some despicable behavior by some cops today

when they thought no one was watching. The main culprit was someone we've been noticing for a while (she seems to greatly enjoy harassing every black kid around; she's also a frothing at the mouth "tough" cop) and keeping an eye on. Bi-Baby just happened to get a vantage point to witness what happened, and she completely crossed the line. The other cops with her were laughing and cheering her on. All of them should have some sort of reprimand, and her, her badge.

A formal complaint is going to be filed, and hopefully, she'll lose the job she really shouldn't have.

I mean, I have exact descriptions of both Officers, the exact time, exactly what was said and what happened. And, I'm sending letters to the editors of the Boston Globe, the Metro, and both of our city papers. It's worth a shot. Plus, the head of the MBTA is a good guy. They're not even real cops...Subway cops.

14. This particular cop completely enrages me

I've witnessed several appalling incidents by her (though they were under the guise of upholding the MGL governing MBTA property) as has Bi-Baby (both separately and together) and have thought that a complaint should be filed for what seems to be over the top harassment of black people. I've seen her go after white people, but that's been the exception to the rule. That observation isn't enough to lodge a formal complaint (IMO) as I'm not watching her everyday and all hour, but this incident was so fucked up. She needs to be stopped.

Harassment, as I understand it however, is something that can only be claimed by the one suffering the harassment. That doesn't mean you shouldn't report it but it may mean that they can dismiss your complaint on that basis. Just a thought.

Sniffa, and bi-baby....if I could offer a bit of advice from someone who has experienced similar wrong-doings by the Philadelphia Police Dept...

You're gonna have alot of resistance by anyone who works at the govt level. Could you look around for a civic action group? A civil rights advocacy group? They know how to make noise, get into the faces of the media....and sometimes make things happen.
