Original message
Fruit is just not filling
For dinner I had two smallish enchiladas, 1/4 melon, a peach, a mango, and a banana. After dinner I had an ice cream bar.

That was three hours ago and I am STARVING.

What should I do? :shrug:

I wonder if the acid upsets my stomach a little, and that's why it seems to make me more hungry.

I want some toast.

EIther that or the rest of the enchiladas. :o

I love toast, veganaise and cucumber (or tomoatoes) with salt.

15. eat apples. Much more fiber, much more filling, not so much of a sugar rush as the
peach or the mango. They keep longer too.

I swear by apples and carrots to hold off the appetite monsters.
