Thought I'd share this pearl of wisdom with you which I found in a book I'm reading.

It was a reference to World War II Submarine Sailors on liberty in Australia between War Patrols. Having come to the conclusion that they would die during the war, they felt they had nothing to lose if they got drunk and rowdy on liberty.

It came from the Gudgeon Book which is really a marvelous read. The author does a great job of weaving personal stories througout the combat missions.

Hey since you live "only" two blocks that means you're not driving right?
