One of my co-workers, whose name shall remain anonymous.

I found out today that one of my co-workers, a 21 year old was taken to the hospital last night. The reason? He had been partying with some "friends" of his and, on a dare decided to hook up a car battery to his testicles. Needless to say, he fried them.

When I heard about it today, I laughed so hard I had tears running down my cheeks. His new nickname? Roast Beef!

5. I've been around a long time, and have done some questionable things,

but never have I considered, and I would go so far as to say that anyone I have known has never thought of such a stupid stunt. It isn't exactly like touching your tongue to a transistor radio battery.

I can't imagine what he must feel like, knowing that everyone at work knows about this.

9. I saw a guy let another guy crank a 500V megger....

while he held the leads to his right and left temple when I was in the Navy. He couldn't pull the leads away fast enough. LOL.

Hospital staff, including the janitors, are sticking their heads around the door and staring at him. "Yup, that's the one -- roasted his nuts."

Wow...I think at 21 I was a bit beyond acting on dares.

And if my recollection isn't accurate, I do know I was using my testicles for other things besides completing a circuit.
