Insane speeches by politicians
After watching the closing of the Olympics yesterday - mmmm, pretty colors - I was looking around on YouTube and found a video of the new mayor of London speaking at a "handover party" (the British are hosting the next games). His speech is like something out of Monty Python:

Anyway, can you think of other great "insane speeches" by politicians? They can be intentionally so... or not.

(And "every speech that McCain has ever given" doesn't count as an answer!)
