I'm watching Grindhouse: Planet Terror. Lol.
Fun movie. It brings me back in my teen years.

Hey,Rodriguez even managed to have Tom Savini on board! (Special effects of many slasher movies

like Friday the 13th and also Dawn of the Dead, the original, by Romero and the 2004 remake too.)

Funny movie. The gore is so over the top that it's amusing.Zombies galore!

Have you seen it?

If so what's your opinion?

2. Liked it. Campy fun.
Saw it and Death Proof at the theater. Was like the old day B movies. Thought Death Proof was a little drawn out though.

4. Planet Terror is the Citizen Kane of gory zombie films!
Loved Grindhouse (but then, I love both the original version of Death Race 2000 and Olivier's Henry V, so go figure).

10. I really enjoyed it - the girl with the machine-gun artificial leg
was amazing. I also loved the grainy, B-movie style in which it was shot.

15. Loved it-- pure B-movie gore with no point to it but...
lotsa fun. And props to whoever made Rose McGowan look like she really lost a leg. Who woulda known a machine gun could be so sexy?

Shoot me if you have to, but I was a little pissed at "Death Proof" for getting almost serious for a few minutes. Almost, but not quite, but that's still a cardinal sin for real B-movies.

16. I was laughing out loud through the whole movie.
A total flashback to the days when horror movies had the complete over the top gore just for the fun of it. The days when movies like Street Trash were actually being put out.

You know whenever you see Tom in a movie that he's going to die in the most horrific way.

All in all, it's one the better movies I've seen recently. Any movie that gleeful about the gore is A-ok with me. :)

19. Loved it for what it was.

I must admit that the extended blathering dialogue in Planet Terror bored me, but it was more than compensated with the best car stunt I'd seen in ages.

Every time I make that criticism of Planet Terror someone always says that the dialogue is a Tarantino signature, which I know, but they usually aren't so boring.
