For lunch I took a package Madras lentils I got from Trader Joe's, mixed some leftover garbanzo beans I mashed a bit, some leftover roasted red pepper, a touch of soy milk, and then microwaved it. After I added some chunks of mango, and now I have lunch. :9

can't beat a monster bag of cereal for $2.50

Not bad. The sauce came out a bit sweeter than I'd like- next time I need stronger peppers.

6. low fat tuna with apples and cranberries in it

on whole wheat bread,
then

vanilla yogurt with granola, strawberries and blueberries and a touch of honey
like eating ice cream.... mmmmm

I started the day ok with a bowl of wheat chex but for lunch I had a big mac, fries, and apple pie. Total greasy slop...:(
